(AP) — The General Services Administration announced changes in criteria for choosing a location for a new FBI headquarters on Friday, boosting two potential places in Maryland, which has been competing with Virginia for the bureau’s new home.The new criteria give more weight to cost and social equity concerns than proximity to the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.Maryland officials, including Gov. VIDEO: Man drives ATV into Ohio police cruiser DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Two people were taken to the hospital after an ATV crashed into a police cruiser in Dayton, Ohio, early Friday morning. According to the Dayton Police Department, an officer was out driving when he saw a four-wheeler carrying two people driving without lights. DPD said the officer made a U-turn, but the four-wheeler drove into the eastbound lanes and struck another police cruiser. TxDOT accepting public comment on transportation upgrades AUSTIN (KTAL/KMSS) – The State of Texas is ranked number 1 in numeric population growth in the nation, and with such a massive population boom comes the need for a long-term plan that will address citizens’ transportation needs for the next decade and beyond.  TxDOT Director Marc Williams said it’s important to hear from the public to guide transportation improvements.
